Trace every dollar to a booking, not an impression.

The attribution setup we run before we spend a cent of a venue group’s budget.

Ferry interior, harbour light through the window

A paid-media report that leads with impressions is a budget defending itself. The only number a venue group can bank is a booking, so that is the only number our monthly report leads with.

The setup, in order

  1. Booking-engine events. Purchase, value and rate plan, fired server-side so ad blockers and consent choices do not blind the model.
  2. Conversion APIs. Google Enhanced Conversions and the Meta Conversions API, both consent-aware.
  3. One source of truth. A warehouse table where every booking resolves to a campaign, a keyword and a landing page.

Then, and only then, spend

With attribution in place the loop is simple: cut the placements that reach people who never book, scale the ones that do, report monthly. Cost per booking, nothing else.
